How do we pay?
M-Pesa PayBill, bank transfer or card. Annual plans can be paid against an invoice through your procurement process.
Will we get a proper invoice?
Yes. Every invoice is in KES, shows 16% VAT separately and carries your KRA PIN, so your finance team can claim input VAT.
Can we change plans later?
Upgrade any time and pay only the difference for the rest of your term. Downgrades take effect at renewal.
What happens if we reach a limit?
Nothing you already have changes. You can add users, standards or storage, or move up a plan.
What if we cancel?
Access continues to the end of your paid period, then the workspace is read-only for 90 days so you can export everything.
