Do we still need a consultant or a certification body?
Clausemark replaces the tracking, chasing and paperwork — not the certification audit. Certificates are issued by an accredited certification body. If you want a consultant, choose a vetted one from our directory or bring your own; they work inside your workspace with access you control, which usually means fewer billable days.
Does Clausemark include the text of the ISO standards?
We provide plain-language summaries and guidance for every requirement. The official standard text is copyrighted and sold by ISO and national standards bodies; if you hold a licence, you can attach your copy.
Can we pay with M-Pesa and get a proper invoice?
Yes. Pay by M-Pesa PayBill, bank transfer or card. Invoices are in KES and show 16% VAT separately, with your KRA PIN on them.
Where is our data stored, and can we leave?
Your data is hosted in [DATA REGION]. You can export everything — documents, evidence, audit history — at any time.
